The Radboudumc is responsible for the personal data that are collected via the contact form on the Project MADAM website.
The Radboudumc is located in Nijmegen, Geert Grooteplein Zuid 10, 6525 GA and registered in the register of The Dutch Chamber of Commerce, number 41055629.
The Project MADAM website provides modeling and simulation data that is generated to support drug dosing guidelines in pediatric and pregnant patients. It aims to disseminate this knowledge and thereby contribute to safe and effective pharmacotherapy in these special populations.
The website is a collection of scientifically sound model-informed dosing reports on drugs used by pregnant patients.
Visitors of the Project MADAM website must be able to trust that the website handles collected personal data safely and with care.
The Radboudumc is aware of this and ensures that privacy is guaranteed through measures concerning information security, data minimization and transparency (amongst other measures).

If the Radboudumc engages data processors, there will always be a processing agreement in place to ensure that the data will be processed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and that the owners of the Project MADAM website can provide instructions to the processor in this regard.

4. DATA RETENTION PERIOD
Your personal data will not be stored for longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and processed or for as long as Radboudumc is required by law. Financial data are stored
for the tax period of seven years and then destroyed.
